This hoodie and T-shirt are part of a fundraiser for sweet Karaz, a 5 year old Palestinian girl in Gaza, who is the sole survivor of her immediate family. Tragically Karaz’s mother and brother were killed in a missile strike. Karaz was injured but she survived. Her father disappeared many months earlier, never to be seen or heard from again, presumed killed. Karaz is now an orphan being cared for by family friends. She has many needs and suffers from extreme grief and trauma from the loss of her family. All proceeds from the sale of these t-shirts and hoodies will be donated to Karaz to help her survive in Gaza.
The design was hand illustrated by Devon Blow with the words “We Get Free Together”. Devon generously gifted this design to be used for Karaz's fundraiser. Devon is an illustrator, poet and author, and manages a hugely successful instagram account with the handle @devthepineapple. Be sure to follow and support her account.
